Role Overview

As an Accounts Executive, you’ll be responsible for accurate data entry, timely bank reconciliation, and quality control of junior submissions. You’ll support statutory workflows and ensure financial records meet compliance standards across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate data entry for accounting and statutory records
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Review and vet junior staff entries for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain up-to-date financial records aligned with statutory timelines
  • Support documentation for AGMs, onboarding packets, and compliance checklists
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to clarify financial inputs
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting or corporate services
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software
  • Familiarity with bank reconciliation and statutory documentation
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in quality control
  • Strong command of English; Mandarin preferred for bilingual support
