Job Description:

The role of an Accounts Executive in Gemz Corporate Pte Ltd is very important as this supports the Finance & Accounting departments to function well. The Accounts Executive can help to handle the increased workload and ensure that the accounting department can keep pace with the company's ever-growing business.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with proven track records of accounting background and experiences to join our professional firm.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare accounts and financial statements in accordance to Singapore financial reporting standard.
• Handle taxation matters includes tax computation, filing ECI and Form C/CS for clients.
• Reconciling of accounts payables/receivables.
• Preparation of relevant accounting schedules for audit.
• Assist in cash management and payment processing via online banking platform.
• Assist with various accounting tasks such as bank reconciliations, journal entries and general ledger.

Overall, the Accounts Executive plays an important role in supporting the Finance and Accounting departments by handling various of accounting functions in order to assist the company to grow with his/her knowledge and experience/skills.
