Job description

We are seeking a dynamic Accounts Executive to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, payment processing, human resource, secretarial work and general administration. This role requires strong teamwork, problem‑solving, communication, time management, ability to work independently and good command of Microsoft Office and Xero Cloud Accounting Software.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in bookkeeping and maintaining financial records.
  2. Prepare and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  3. Handle payment processing and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
  4. Preparation and passing of accounting entries.
  5. Preparation of accounting schedules and fixed assets.
  6. GST preparation and submission.
  7. CPF submission.
  8. IR8A preparation and submission.
  9. Support the team in various administrative tasks.
  10. Utilize Microsoft Office tools for data entry and reporting.
  11. Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. 0-1 years of working experience in a similar role.
  2. Proficient in teamwork, problem‑solving, communication skills, time management, and Microsoft Office.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  4. Experience in administration jobs, corporate secretarial, human resource, bookkeeping, invoicing, and payment processing will be great.
  5. Minimum qualification of Diploma in Accounting or related field.
