Job summary

A financial services firm located in Singapore is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage the full set of accounts for the holding company and its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will have a Finance/Accountancy qualification and at least 3 years of relevant experience in multi-currency environments. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, ensuring accurate GST reporting, and supporting audits. Comprehension of ERP software and Microsoft Office is required. The position offers a salary of up to $4000.

Job Description

• Manage and prepare full set of accounts for the holding company and its subsidiaries, including general ledger, accounts payable (invoice matching, payment posting, reconciliation, vendor communication), and accounts receivable (issuing invoices, collections, reconciliation).
• Prepare financial statement schedules (balance sheet, P&L), handle intercompany reconciliations, and manage petty cash transactions.
• Ensure accurate GST reporting, assist with year-end audits, and support tax-related inquiries. Prepare government surveys and cash flow forecasts.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required and provide support for other accounting tasks.

Requirements

• Possess a Finance/Accountancy qualification and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with multi-currencies, exchange conversions, and proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office.
