Responsibilities

Accounts

• Handle full sets of manual accounts for 2 China entities
• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy and in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Liase with China teams to ensure data accuracy ( via Wechat ).
• This role will be based in Singapore, occasional travel to China, Guangzhou
• Report to Director
• Any other duties assigned from time to time

HR

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining applicant records.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of documentation and coordination with relevant departments.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma or higher educational qualification.
• Proficiency in China Accounting Standards and corporate tax regulations
• 5 years accounting experience or above
• Proficiency in MS Excel and hands-on experience in accounting software
• Detail-minded, well organized, independent and self-motivated
• Immediate available is preferable
