A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage daily operations of accounts and prepare financial reports. Candidates should have at least a diploma in finance or accountancy and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry. The role requires strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
Responsible for the efficient day-to-day functioning of the accounts section AR, AP, & GL
Supplier and sub-con payment matters. Payment mode: Cheque, Giro, T/T, Invoice Financing and Letter of Credit
Prepare sales invoice.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
Handle petty cash administration
Assist in generation of financial reports and perform analysis
Perform general administrative duties such as maintenance of documentation for compliance
Preparation of audit schedules
Any other ad hoc duties assigned by direct superior
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance or Accountancy
Minimum 3 years working experience in construction industry is required for this position
Candidate shall possess willingness to learn, positive and open-minded mindset
Candidate shall be outcome oriented and take ownership of the duties assigned
