Position Overview

Key person in managing EarlyAfter’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across our day-to-day accounting activities.

Work closely with management, suppliers, and team leads to keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle full sets of accounts
  • Prepare monthly financial and management reports
  • Manage invoices, supplier payments, and staff expense claims
  • Reconcile daily sales and petty cash from café and bar outlets
  • Prepare GST submissions and ensure statutory compliance (IRAS, CPF, etc.)
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and external vendors when required
  • Support budgeting, cost tracking, and cash flow monitoring
  • Maintain organized and accurate documentation of all transactions
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
  • Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience (F&B background preferred)
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Strong sense of integrity and confidentiality
  • Passion for the F&B/lifestyle industry is a plus
