Qualifications

• Track production costing and reconcile inventory valuations.
• File GST returns and assist with annual audits.

We are looking for Technician / Assistant Service Engineer / Service Engineer. Title will be offer based on relevant experience or education.

Key Responsibilities

1. Core Accounting Operations

   Manage full-set accounts (AR/AP/GL) for Singapore entity

   Process export/import transactions with multi-currency handling (USD, EUR, JPY)

   Prepare monthly financial statements compliant with SFRS/IFRS

2. Manufacturing Financial Support

   Track production costing (material, labor, overhead allocation)

   Reconcile inventory valuations (raw materials/WIP/finished goods)

   Analyze job costing variances for CNC machining projects

3. Compliance & Reporting

   File GST returns and assist with annual audits

   Maintain fixed asset register for machining equipment

   Support ISO 9001 documentation for finance processes

4. Process Improvement

   Implement digital tools to streamline invoicing/payments

   Collaborate with production on cost-saving initiatives

   Assist in ERP enhancements (e.g., SAP B1, Autocount)

Qualifications & Skills
