We are a boutique corporate services provider, providing incorporation, company secretarial, accounting, taxation, and HR services to SMEs. We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our team as Account Executive.

Job Description
  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance using tools like Xero.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and periodic financial closings for clients.
  • Prepare basic financial reports, and assist with tax return filings.
  • Assist/back up on other corporate services works.
Requirements
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounts executive roles.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle tasks in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
  • Possess a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
