About the role

We're seeking an Accounts Executive to join our team at Two Woods Logistics (S) Pte Ltd in the Pandan West Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, processing invoices, and supporting the overall accounting operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
• Processing invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions in a timely and efficient manner
• Reconciling bank statements and ensuring the accuracy of financial data
• Preparing financial reports and statements as required
• Assisting with month-end and year-end accounting processes
• Assist in administrative and HR duties

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounts executive or bookkeeping role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
• Strong proficiency in Xero preferred and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Relevant accounting qualifications or certifications (e.g., ACCA, LCCI) would be an advantage
