A leading recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a candidate for full sets accounts management. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in financial accounting, proficiency in MYOB, and familiarity with GST returns. Suitable candidates will have a diploma or degree in accounting. The position offers a salary range of $3000 - $4500, depending on experience.
Well Established Developer in Singapore
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary: $3000 - $4500 (Depend on Experience) + AWS + VB
Location: Aljunied - 10 Min Walking Distance from MRT
At least 3years FULL sets Accounts Experience
Job Scope:
Keep full sets of accounts for at least 3 companies;
Prepare and submit GST returns every quarter;
Check and match account records regularly;
Update monthly cash flow forecasts;
Prepare simple monthly financial reports;
Record payments received by cash, cheque, bank transfer, and GIRO on time;
Manage petty cash;
Make sure income and expenses are recorded correctly;
Create and send out sales invoices;
Help with yearly audit and tax work;
Work with external auditors and tax agents when needed;
Make sure all accounting tasks are done on time;
Work with banks, contractors, suppliers, and customers on finance paperwork;
Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.
Requirement:
LCCI, ACCA, or a Diploma/Degree in Accounting.
3 years or more financial accounting experience
2 years MYOB full set experience including accounts set up for new companies
Experience in property development or Construction Industry is a definite advantage
Knowledge of budgeting and variance analysis a plus
