YCS MGMT & CONSULTING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Executive to join our team in Bugis, Central Region. This full‑time position will involve handling a range of accounting and bookkeeping responsibilities to support the financial operations of our growing consulting business.

What you'll be doing
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations for corporate clients
  • Prepare periodic financial statements and reports for management review
  • Prepare GST reports for management review
  • Prepare compilation reports for management review
  • Prepare and submit tax returns (e.g., GST, Form C) in compliance with tax regulations
  • Support the month‑end and year‑end payroll processes
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and suppliers, to resolve financial queries
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365, accounting software, such as MYOB, AutoCount, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • Sound knowledge of Singapore's accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
