LEE QUAN (GAMBAS) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage full accounting cycles and ensure adherence to standards and policies.

You will oversee accounts payable/receivable, perform bank reconciliations, post journal entries, and maintain the general ledger, while preparing timely financial statements and reports to support budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts, including month-end closing activities and the preparation of financial statements.
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, ensuring timely billing, collections, and payment processing.
• Reconcile bank statements, post journal entries, and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
