Our company is seeking a matured and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. This role supports a group of companies involved in trading, investment, and maintenance services, with responsibilities distributed by function. We are looking for someone who is meticulous, dependable, and values a stable role with good work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle the full set of accounts (GL, AR, AP, Inventory, GST) across multiple entities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for trading, investment, and maintenance operations
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders as required
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing a full set of accounts
  • Strong knowledge of GL, AR, AP, inventory, and GST
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking clients and suppliers)
  • Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Candidates with substantial accounting or bookkeeping experience are strongly encouraged to apply
