A logistics company in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage AP, AR, and GL processes. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience, is proficient in accounting software, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the logistics, transport, or warehousing sector.
Strong understanding of AP, AR, and GL processes.
Familiar with fleet-related costs such as fuel, ERP, parking, road tax, insurance, and maintenance tracking.
Knowledge of GST submissions, audit schedules, and financial reporting.
Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).
Experience with accounting systems such as Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or SAP.
Meticulous, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive in problem-solving and improving internal processes.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good understanding of confidentiality and financial data integrity.
