We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join sales team and help expand our footprint. This role is based in Singapore where you’ll work directly alongside our founders and leadership team to grow our business globally. This is the perfect role for someone who is eager to bring immediate impact and shape our global sales organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct targeted outreach via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and events to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Engage with prospects to establish rapport, understand their pain points, and position the company's solutions effectively.
  • Consistently follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and facilitate further discussions with the sales team.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date entry of prospect information into the CRM system.
  • Regularly review and validate lead data to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
  • Adhere to data protection regulations and company policies regarding data handling and privacy.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products/services and their key features and benefits.
  • Prepare customised product demonstrations tailored to the needs and interests of each prospect.
  • Deliver engaging and persuasive product demonstrations that effectively showcase the value proposition and address prospect pain points.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing large, complex accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
