Job description

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing accounting operations with a focus on AR, Consignment Stocks and Overseas Purchases.

Key Responsibilities
A. Accounts Receivable
  • Record and monitor incoming payments, follow up on overdue accounts
  • Reconcilie customers accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Issue credit notes for goods return
  • Send month end SOA and prepare AR aging reports
B. Consignment Counters (Stocks and Invoicing)
  • Verify monthly sales reports and stock check lists
  • Ensure timely invoicing and correct inventory valuation
  • Coordinate with warehouse and counter staff for stock discrepancies
C. Overseas Purchases
  • Prepare and submit Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers
  • Trace and coordinate shipment schedule, import documentation and delivery timelines
  • Process supplier invoices and ensure correct landed cost allocation
  • Coordinate with logistics and clearing agents
  • Monitor stocks levels and initate re-order when inventory reaches min. thresholds
Other Responsibilities
  • Assist management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting
