• Proficient in MS Office and XERO accounting software.

• Handle full set of accounts for clients either monthly, quarterly or yearly basis.
• Meet with clients to analyze and explain financial progress.
• Monitor financial data.
• Assist clients in monthly reporting and submissions.
• Handle general accounting activities such as bookkeeping and bank reconciliation.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing for clients.

Due to expansion, they are looking for an Accounts Executive to join their team!

Key responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts for clients either monthly, quarterly or yearly basis
• Meet with clients to analyze and explain financial progress
• Monitor financial data
• Assist clients in monthly reporting and submissions
• Handle general accounting activities such as bookkeeping, bank reconciliation and filling for returns
• Perform month-end and year-end closing for clients

Requirements:

• Accounting professional qualifications or recognized Diploma/ Professional Degree (Accountancy/Finance)
• Experience in similar industry (i.e. accounting firm).
• Proficient in MS Office and XERO accounting software
