A leading manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking an Account Executive to manage full sets of accounts and handle month-end closing. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in accountancy and at least 2 years of related experience. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of Autocount accounting software are essential. Requirements:
· Diploma /Degree in accountancy
· At least 2 year(s) of working experience in accounting
· Proficient in MS Office
· Prior experience in Autocount accounting software would be advantages

Duties & Responsibilities:
Accounts:
· Handle and maintain full sets of accounts, which includes Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and day-to-day function of accounts activities
· Responsible for month-end closing and reconciliations
· Prepare and report project budget and expenditure
· Responsible for timely preparation of financial and management reports
· Perform timely preparation and submission of monthly CPF, filing of GST returns and annual Income Tax
· Liaise with auditor for financial year closing and corporate tax submission
· Prepare analysis of profit and loss statement and to produce any special reports required by the management
· Project costing management
· Preparation of Journal entries for accruals & other adjustment.
· Liaise with auditor and assist in year-end audit.
Human Resources:
· Payroll & monthly CPF submission
· Yearly submission of Auto-Inclusion Scheme (AIS) for employment income
· Preparation of letter of offer
· Application of work pass and etc with MOM
Working hours:
Monday to Friday : 8.00am – 5.00pm
Saturday (Alternate) : 8.00am – 12.30pm
