Handling full set of accounts cum HR duties
Principal Accountabilities
- Managing the full set of accounts, including all GL entries, month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings
- Oversee daily financial accounting operations, including Accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation and cash flow management
- Prepare GST submission
- Corporate tax computation and filing with closely support by external tax agent
- Prepare audit schedules, address queries and year end audit process
- Handle corporate secretary and related matters with support by external corporate secretary firm
- Adhoc task as delegated by Management
Education
Diploma / Degree in Accounting/Finance
Experience
- 3 years or above experience managing a full set of accounts independently
- Handling HR related matters
- Proficient in SAP B1
Other Essential Attributes
- Handle corporate secretary and related matters with support by external corporate secretary firm
