A leading company in Singapore is looking for an administrative support staff to assist with daily operations. The role involves data entry, invoice processing, and managing financial records. Previous experience with Xero and HR portals is an advantage. This position offers a 5-day work week.
Processing of all work on a daily basis. Work closely with our company accounts manager to ensure a safe and smooth daily operation.
Responsibilities include : Perform tasks like data entry, record keeping, invoice processing, and reconciling accounts, ensuring the accuracy of financial data and supporting various accounting functions. HR interview and recruit onboarding and exiting
Knowledge of Xero and HR portal is an advantage
5 days work week
