Freight Forwarding Company located in Tai Seng:

• 5 days work week.
• 5-10 mins walk from Tai Seng station.
• AR: Monitoring, Calling and Following up of Customers', Agents' payments, monthly SOAs to be send for both Locals, Overseas & Inter-companies, submission of AR/AP reports etc.
• AP: Checking/verifying, preparation of daily & monthly payments to vendors/suppliers.
• Basic Admin: Stationeries, mail, office toiletries purchases etc.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager/Director.
• Prefer immediate or short notice candidates.
• Min. 1-2 year of general accounting experiences.
• Processing time: 2 to 4 weeks.
