Job Description & Requirements
Job Descriptions:
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable using Quick Books
- Calculate and issue salary and OT claims
- Prepare and Issue invoices and receipts to clients/Vendors and follow up with payments
- Submit revenue claims via Government claim platform and follow up with the person in charge to ensure claims are successfully credited to us
- Prepare quarterly reports to our auditor for GST claims and generate quarterly accounting reports.
- Assist in Scheduling Caregivers Assignments
- Support other administrative duties such as order of stationery and office supplies, etc.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the company from time to time
- Able to start in short notice.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Adminstrative and Acccounts
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English
- Team player and able to work independently
- Ability to Multi tasking and meticulous with numbers and accuracy
- Able to start in Short Notice
- Open to Singaporean/PR/Malaysian
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

- Shuttle bus provided to and from Office and Ang Mo Kio MRT Station
