Job summary

A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an Accounts cum Admin Assistant to handle supplier invoices, daily customer invoicing, and assist in accounts receivables and payables. The ideal candidate should be bilingual in English and Mandarin and possess at least one year of relevant experience. This permanent role offers a salary of up to $3,000 plus bonuses and benefits.

  • Position : Accounts cum Admin Assistant (AR/AP) - Up to $3,000 + AWS - TUAS
  • Location : Tuas South Link (Accessible via Bus 248/248M)
  • Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Salary Up to $3,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 Days AL + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities
  • Process and verify all supplier and vendor invoices.
  • Prepare and issue daily invoices to customers accurately and on time.
  • Issuing of daily invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders and job orders.
  • Assist in Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payable.
  • Assist in Sales Quotation.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Ad hoc duties as per assigned.
