Job description
Responsibilities
  • To update ABSS for payments, receipts, suppliers bills on real time basis
  • Preparing monthly balance sheet, profit & loss statement and other reports
  • To assist in the collection of bills and prepare letters to clients for payment of outstanding invoices
  • To assist in preparation of corporate secretarial documentation thru software
  • To assist in filing/scanning/photocopying and binding of documents as instructed
  • Any other work as given from time to time
