About the role

We are seeking an Accounts cum Admin Assistant to join our team at Interfreight Linc Logistics Pte Ltd in the Bukit Timah Shopping Centre. This is a full‑time position that will play a key role in supporting our finance and administrative functions.

What you'll be doing
  • Performing general accounting duties
  • Providing administrative support
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations as needed
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations
  • Supporting the finance team with month‑end and year‑end closing processes
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 1‑2 years’ experience in a similar accounts or administrative role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in using accounting software
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and data entry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with vendors, customers, and stakeholders at all levels
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
