Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Assistant to manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Receivable tasks. You will utilize SAP for financial operations and assist in month-end closing. Candidates should have a minimum Diploma and at least one year of related experience. This role offers up to $3000 basic salary plus additional benefits.

• Knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) will be good.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) for local transactions.
• Handle and accurately post small-value transactions in foreign currencies.
• Utilize SAP for daily financial operations, including invoice processing.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.
• Maintain proper documentation and liaise with vendors/customers.

Job Details

• Location: Tai Seng
• Salary: Up to $3000 Basic + AWS + VB
• Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm

Job Scope

• Process full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) for local transactions.
• Handle and accurately post small-value transactions in foreign currencies, specifically Philippine Peso (PHP) and Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• Utilize SAP for daily financial operations, including invoice processing, payments, and master data maintenance.
• Assist in month‑end closing activities and account reconciliations.
• Maintain proper documentation and liaise with vendors/customers to resolve queries.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma with at least 1 year related experience.
• Knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) will be good.
