Job summary

A leading construction firm based in Singapore is looking for an accounting professional to manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate financial postings and reconciliation. Candidates should have a recognized diploma in Accountancy or Business Administration with 2-3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate is meticulous, can work independently in a fast-paced environment, and possesses strong skills in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. This role is vital for maintaining financial integrity and supporting audit processes.

Responsibilities

  • Verify and seek approvals for accounts payable / receivable.
  • Post account entries to system.
  • Handle petty cash reimbursement and bank matters.
  • Manage outstanding payables / receivables, bank reconciliation, monthly cost reports, quarterly GST filing, cashflow forecast.
  • Preparation of audit and tax schedules.
  • Monitor lease for equipment & assets.
  • Update inventory purchase & usage records.
  • Attend to auditors’ requirements.
