A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an accounting assistant to assist with internal company billings, manage payment collections, and prepare management reports. Strong Excel skills are essential for tracking and analyses, allowing for effective support to the A/Cs and Admin Manager.
1. Assist the A/Cs & Admin Manager On Internal Company Billings Matters ; Weekly Invoicing / Billings , Daily Accounting Journal Entries; Including Excel Spreadsheet Update.
2. As & When Send SOA for Payment , Keep Track of Payments Collections & Outstanding Balance.
3. Other Partial Accounts Tasks Will Be Given Instruction By A/Cs & Admin Manager . – Depends On Her Training to You.
4. Help Senior Executive to Prepare 4 Management Reports ; Purchasing , Sales By Country , Stock Adjustment , Trade Debtors Aging Report. – Monthly.
