Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Assistant to manage the full set of accounts. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of accounting experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Navision accounting software is an advantage. Responsibilities

  • Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with procedures.
  • Manage full set of accounts.
  • Process payments, record receipts, and update customer statements of accounts.
  • Handle daily bank book updates and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare intercompany billings and reconcile monthly intercompany balances.
  • Update monthly accounting schedules.
  • Prepare and submit monthly withholding tax, with familiarity in Indonesian tax processes.
  • Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Salary: $2500 - $3000 (Depends on experience)

Company transport will be provided for employees who opt for the 8:00am – 5:45pm working hours .

Morning pick‑up is available island‑wide, while evening drop‑off points are limited to Clementi MRT and Jurong East MRT.

Job Responsibilities
