A Law Firm with distinguished and award-winning in Singapore, is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the firm’s administrative and accounts functions, ensuring smooth operations and accurate financial management.

Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry of lawyers’ timesheets on the firm’s practice management software.
  • Prepare monthly invoices based on timesheets and monitor client payments.
  • Assist in tracking lawyers’ productive hours to support reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Close and archive client files and matters that have been concluded.
  • Support the collective management of enquiries received by the firm, including assignment and monitoring of tasks.
  • Oversee administrative support functions, including file opening, procurement, and liaising with external IT providers.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure smooth operations across the firm.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Diploma or in Accounting, Business Administration, or past relevant experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
