Job summary
A local bakery in Singapore is seeking an accounting professional to handle daily accounting tasks, including Accounts Payable and Receivable. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and good communication skills in English and Mandarin. Experience in the F&B industry is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Perform day to day accounting data entries.
- Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable.
- Assist in Monthly Closing, Bank Reconciliation, GST and Audit matters.

Education
LCCI/CAT/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
Roles & Responsibilities
- Performing day to day accounting data entries
- Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable, including payment processing of suppliers' invoices
- Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivables, including sales/cash reconciliations
- Assist in Monthly Closing, Bank Reconciliation, GST and Audit mattersAny other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- LCCI/ CAT/ Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Positive working attitude, willing to learn and able to multi task
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good oral and written communication skills (spoken and written English and Mandarin in order to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking associates)
- Prior experience in F&B environment will be an advantage
- Preferably Singaporean
