Job description

This is a full-time Accounts Assistant (AR) role at Precise Development Pte Ltd, located in the Tai Seng North-East Region. As part of the accounting team, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and supporting the wider finance function to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the company's financial records.

What you'll be doing

Process invoices and track accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments

Reconcile customer accounts and prepare monthly statements

Follow up on overdue payments and liaise with customers to resolve any discrepancies

Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis

Support the month-end and year-end close processes

Perform other general accounting and administrative duties as required

What we're looking for

Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Assistant or similar role in a small to medium-sized business

Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and best practices

Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail

Good communication and customer service skills to effectively liaise with clients

Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office suite

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
