Job summary

A leading career services company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accounting professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The role includes responsibilities such as invoice processing, accounts payable/receivable support, and financial report preparation. Relevant experience in accounting operations is preferred. This full-time position offers a salary of up to $3,000, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5:45 pm.

• Reconcile bank statements and perform necessary financial reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Process employee claims and expense reimbursements efficiently.
• Maintain organized filing of accounting documents and records.
• Provide support during audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
