Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a candidate to manage Accounts Receivable functions. You will handle invoicing, payment tracking and ensure compliance with accounting standards. A diploma in Accounting is required, along with 1 year of experience (training will be provided). The position offers a competitive salary with a performance bonus.

Job description

Our Client:

• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm
• West - Tuas (Company transport provided)
• Basic UP $3500 + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities

• Manage all Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
• Prepare and submit project progress claims in a timely and accurate manner.
• Update and maintain sales data to ensure accurate reporting.
• Provide administrative and accounting support to the finance team when required.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
