Job summary

A Singapore-based company is seeking an Accounts Assistant/Admin Assistant to prepare invoices, follow up on inquiries, and provide administrative support. Candidates must have at least GCE ‘O’ Levels or a Diploma. Experience in billing is advantageous, but training will be provided for those without experience.   • Position Title: Accounts Assistant / Admin Assistant
  • Working Location: Kallang
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits
  • Duration: 1 year contract (Convertible to Permanent Role)
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and distribute invoices and delivery orders to clients in a timely manner.
  • Actively follow up on customer inquiries and resolve any outstanding accounts receivable or invoice issues.
  • Enter customer data and relevant information into the system for invoice processing.
  • Collaborate and coordinate both internally and externally regarding invoicing matters for specific jobs and clients.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office.
  • Take on ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
