Location: Central / West

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, invoice processing, and filing
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
• Prepare payment vouchers, staff claims, and petty cash transactions
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist in month-end closing
• Generate financial reports and assist in budgeting and cash flow management
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Assist in GST filing, audit, and tax matters
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks as needed
• Support process improvements and participate in any system enhancement initiatives
• Carry out any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager

Job Requirement

• Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI, or related discipline
• Preferably to have 1-2 years of accounting work experience
