A financial services company located in Singapore is seeking to hire a candidate to ensure timely preparation of accounts and financial statements. Responsibilities include assisting with corporate tax computations, on-boarding new clients, and performing ACRA filings. Ideal candidates include fresh graduates and those pursuing part-time studies, with a required skill in MS Office and a willingness to learn. Ensure timely preparation of full set of accounts and corresponding documentations
Prepare financial statements according to Financial Reporting Standards
Assist the team in preparing corporate tax computations and GST returns
On-boarding of new clients – preparing paperwork and ensuring due diligence verification
Perform ACRA filing on various corporate actions and preparation of resolutions/minutes of meetings
Other adhoc and admin duties as assigned
Fresh graduates and individuals completing part-time studies are welcome. Partial sponsorship of tertiary education.
Candidate must possess at least O Level, Pre-U/'A' Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC or a diploma
Required skill(s): MS Office
