About the role

Mr. Coconut', a leading accounting firm located in the Marymount Central Region, is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our clients' financial management needs.

What you'll be doing

• Issue invoices and quotations
• Ensure AR tasks are completed for monthly closing
• Filing and other admin duties
• Assist in monthly closing, bank reconciliation, GST and audit matters
• Ensure all sales collections tally with banks
• Check and monitor incoming funds from the banks and update the receipt entries daily
• Performing other ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned
