Job summary

A resource management company in Singapore is looking for an Admin cum Accounts Assistant to support administrative and accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining inventory records, handle basic admin work, and support bookkeeping functions. Previous experience in admin or accounts and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, are preferred. This role requires someone who can work independently and manage various duties.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in admin, or accounts preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple roles.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in checking, receiving, and recording stock & deliveries.
  • Maintain inventory records and support stock-take.
  • Handle basic admin work like filing and data entry.
  • Assist in bookkeeping and bank reconciliation.

Overview

We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin cum Accounts Assistant to support our admin and accounting tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in checking, receiving, and recording stock & deliveries
  • Maintain inventory records and support stock-take
  • Handle basic admin work (filing, data entry, document control)
  • Assist in bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, journal entries
  • Process accounts payable & receivable
  • Prepare simple monthly reports (P&L, balance sheet)
  • Other ad-hoc duties as needed
