Job summary

A financial services company in Singapore seeks an Accounts Assistant to support the Accounts Department. Responsibilities include performing office tasks such as filing, data entry, and invoice processing, as well as liaising with third parties. The ideal candidate should have an associate’s diploma in a related field, proficiency with bookkeeping and spreadsheet software, and strong time management and communication skills. Willingness to work 5.5 days a week is expected.

  • Providing support to the Accounts Department.
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
  • Controlling credit and chasing debt.
  • Invoice processing and filing.
  • Liaising with third parties.
  • Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.
