Job summary

A diversified business operating in lifestyle and green energy is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive in Singapore. This role involves managing full sets of accounts, preparing financial statements, and liaising with auditors. Candidates should have a diploma in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Proactive individuals willing to travel between company locations are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist to handle full sets of accounts including AR/AP, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist to prepare monthly closing reports, financial statements, and quarterly GST submissions.
  • Assist to manage inter-company transactions and ensure proper documentation and reconciliations.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and internal departments to ensure compliance and timely reporting.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and support audit requirements.
  • Assist to prepare management reports and assist with stock take and other ad-hoc duties.
