Job summary

A leading innovation company in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Assistant to manage accounts receivable and payable, generate invoices, and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have at least a diploma and 1 year of related experience, with proficiency in Excel and attention to detail. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Generate invoices and maintain accounts receivable files.
  • Perform accounts reconciliation.
  • Sort, code, and match invoices for accounts payable.
  • Process AP invoices and payments and perform financial transaction reconciliations.
