Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly payroll, CPF submission, Levy, and IR8A
- Processing of employees’ petty cash and medical claims
- Disburse and record petty cash
- Managing employees’ leave records and claiming government subsided leave
- Process suppliers’ invoices, managing accounts payables including reconciliation of suppliers’ invoices against SOA, issuing monthly payments and keeping system updated
- Assisting appointed bookkeeper for quarterly GST preparation and filing
- Supporting appointed bookkeeper for all tax-related and financial statement matters
- Reconciliation of monthly book statements, including updating of payments from clients
- Managing insurance policies of companies, including renewals and claims, if any
