Responsibilities

• Provide support services to the Accounts Dept for updating Accounts Receivable.
• Monthly Stock Take of headquarter products.
• Assist in stock preparation for all outlets.
• Assist on Product Packaging.
• Calculation of Commission to outlets (E-Commerce, Lazada, Qoo10).
• Internal billing to related parties (Fave).
• Performing ad hoc duties and supporting role to Accounts, Operations Manager, and Management.

Job Scope

• Provide support services to our Accounts Dept for update of Accounts Receivable (AR) includes checking all outlets sales invoice, payment etc…
• Monthly Stock Take of headquarter products
• Assist in stock preparation for all outlets
• Assist On Product Packaging
• Calculation Of Commission To outlets (E-Commerce, Lazada, Qoo10)
• Internal billing to related parties (Fave)
• Performing ad hoc duties and supporting role to Accounts, Operations Manager and Management
