Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is looking for a finance professional to handle day-to-day financial transactions, perform billing, and manage reconciliation tasks. Candidates should have a degree or diploma in Finance or Accounting, good working attitude, and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word. Qualifications

• SPM, LCCI, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting required.
• Must have a good working attitude and be meticulous.
• Experience with MS Excel and MS Word is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform day to day financial transactions on AP and AR.
• Handle billings and receipts.
• Prepare payments to vendors and staff reimbursement.
• Prepare reminder letters, invoices, and send to clients.
• Monthly reconciliation of suppliers' statements.
• Maintain documentation and filing systems for financial records.
• Assist in month end closing.
• Perform other administrative/accounting duties as assigned.

• Perform accounts payable function in preparation of payments to vendors and staff reimbursement.
• Provide action required by preparing reminder letters, invoices, SOA and send to clients via emails and mails.
• Monthly reconciliation of suppliers' statements of account (SOA).
• Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for financial records and transactions.
• Assist and support in month end closing.
• Perform any other administrative/accounting duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• SPM/LCCI/ Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting.
• Good working attitude, meticulous & independent.
• Responsible and possess a positive working attitude.
• Possess knowledge and experience in MS excel and MS word.
