About Us:
As an Assistant Account, you will gain hands‑on experience in finance and office operations, working closely with both Singapore and Hong Kong teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop cross‑border accounting skills while learning the ins and outs of administrative operations in a professional environment.
💼 What You’ll Do:
Manage Petty Cash: Take ownership of petty cash ensuring accuracy and accountability.
Accounts Payable: Manage payments for the Singapore headquarters and its Hong Kong subsidiary, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all transactions
Accounts Receivable Support: Assist in maintaining receivables, follow‑ups, and records when needed.
Administrative & Ad-hoc Tasks: Support daily office operations and take on exciting ad‑hoc projects as opportunities arise.
