Job description
- Manage the overseas subsidiaries account.
- Full spectrum of Accounting functions.
- Preparation of management reports, budgets, forecasts, cash flow management and tax matter.
- Maintaining, reviewing and implementing financial and accounting policies and procedures.
- Liaising with external auditors, legal and professional consultants, bankers, and statutory boards
- Continuous review and improvement of internal control.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
