Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoices, payments, and filing.
  • Assist in accounts payable and receivable and help prepare monthly reports.
  • Support bank reconciliation and simple bookkeeping duties.
  • Coordinate shipment arrangements for vendors and customers.
  • Liaise with forwarders, suppliers, and customers.
  • Maintain and update records for accounting and logistics.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support office operations.
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
