Job summary

A staffing and HR consultancy based in Singapore seeks a team member to join the Salaries & Pensions Team. You will assist in printing and distributing the Pensioner’s Handbook, manage data collection, and provide support to pensioners. Ideal candidates will have a diploma and strong communication skills, with experience working in a fast-paced team environment. The contract is for 6 months with an option to extend.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing external stakeholders (e.g. customers) will be an advantage.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder and team setting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous and resourceful.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and print Pensioner’s Handbook, forms and letters for distribution.
  • Receive completed forms from pensioners and provide assistance.
  • Collate pensioners’ responses into designated spreadsheets.
  • Contact pensioners regarding incomplete or unclear form responses.
  • Verify accuracy of letters and coordinate mailing processes.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 9am – 6.30pm
Friday: 9am – 6.00pm

Salary ranges: $15-16/hr

Contract period: 6 months contract, with option to extend for another 6 months

Job scope and Requirements

You will join the Salaries & Pensions Team and support the team in service delivery to Government pensioners, such as to assist with the printing and distribution of the Pensioner’s Handbook via hardcopy communication to the pensioners and handling of other miscellaneous tasks.

Your responsibilities include
  • Document Preparation and Distribution -- Prepare and print Pensioner’s Handbook, forms and letters for distribution to pensioners. Fold and insert the documents into envelopes as required, ensuring all documentation is ready for dispatch by batches.
  • Reception and Form Collection -- Receive completed forms from pensioners, both walk-in and via the post. Provide basic assistance and guidance to pensioners regarding update of contact particulars, ensuring all necessary information is captured.
  • Data Management and Processing -- Collate pensioners’ responses from the returned forms into designated spreadsheets /systems while maintaining accurate records.
  • Follow-up Communications -- Contact pensioners regarding incomplete or unclear form responses. Provide clarification and assistance to pensioners to ensure accurate information collection and timely resolution of queries.
  • Correspondence Management -- Verify accuracy of letters and supporting documentation. Record relevant details in tracking systems and coordinate mailing processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery to pensioners.
